Description : |
| |
1. Demonstrated ability to manage, lead, motivate people and possess
excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English).
2. Should have excellent exposure to and experience in product Design of domestic applances like vaccum cleaners, shavers, irons, ovens, etc
3. Recruiting right candidates
4. Identify and coordinate all training needs (includes assisting in
developing training material).
5. Providing technical guidance and decision making (if possible
alternative solutions)
6. Utilize a cross functional approach to problem solving that stress
team involvement (excellent leadership skills).
7. Execution of work packages (providing right resources, technical
guidance and meeting deadlines)
8. Project kickoff meetings
Educational Qualifications : B.Tech with PMP will be an advantage |
