| |
Key work Accountabilities –
Delivery of zero-defect code through adherence of development processes, reviews and testing cycles
Application design and component design
Take on initial analysis activities
Lead application design and subsequent reviews
Ensure effective transition from analysis to design
Closely replicating PL role but with more technical content
Guide developers in translating component design into tested code
Create high level design and resolve problems of varying degrees of complexity
Requirement gathering.
*The candidate should have 6-9 years overall IT experience with at least 2 years in requirements analysis and design roles.
*The candidate should have
Strong IBM Mainframe background with project experience using CICS, DB2, COBOL and associated toolsets.
*The candidate should have proven track record in delivery, implementation and post-implementation support.
*The candidate should have Process adherence and optimization along with experience in a CMM / ISO environment would be an added advantage
*The candidate should have Consulting background, good corporate pedigree & educational qualifications.
*The candidate should have Good communication (verbal, reporting)
