Inbound OPN Operations Call Center that will perform Operational and backend processes required to make our partners and our program successful. Will act as an extension of the regional Oracle PartnerNetwork Interaction Center (OPN.IC) teams enabling them to focus on the management and growth of their partners including outbound call activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide world-class service by responding to inbound inquiries on the Oracle PartnerNetwork Program and portal.
* Understand and effectively demonstrate and communicate OPN roles, processes and procedures. * Contribute to the success of the program through effective teamwork.
* Act as the liaison to all other Oracle divisions.
