OU America operations ( IDC) provides support to several departments , Like Sales, systems, global in wide range of processes and ensure proper compliance of Global policies.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for post-audit of all Oracle University Education orders ensuring 100 accuracy of order details i.e. pricing, sales credit, customer information.
Responsible for ensuring proper business practices are followed and ensuring proper revenue recognition.
Works with sales and operations staff to enter order and also research order entry issues if any.
Work with Shared Service Center to ensure proper and timely booking of OU orders. Also responsible for Marking attendance to recognise Revenue which ensures timely generation of Invoices.
