Description : |
| |
Responsibilities:
• Develop Test Plans, Test Cases and Test Procedures for performing software testing.
• Map Business requirements to Test Scenarios and Test Cases
• Take active ownership of project or product quality.
• Work with developers to defines quality assurance requirements and performance benchmarks for major product components as necessary
• Use a defect tracking system to report defects, analyze outstanding defects and defect reporting
• Diagnose severity of problems and take a leadership role in problem resolution
• Lead the QA team and provide regular updates on progress in the testing area
Knowledge / Skill Requirements:
• Requires 5- 8 years of work experience in software Quality Assurance testing and analysis.
• Should have lead a QA team in the past
• should have had exposure to Java/web based testing.
• validation
• Exposure to testing tools desired
• Good oral and written communications skills
