| |
Shall be responsible for drawing business plans at the beginning of the year and ensuring that the Business Units and Functions are aligned on their goals and objectives for the year for the Organization. Budgeting, Business Planning & Financial Analysis and Pricing
Responsible for monthly and quarterly reviews for evaluating the operational efficiency and profitability of the business units/ functions.
Responsible for drawing the monthly MIS and providing information to respective BU heads and Corporate on the Unit/ Unit’s performance and resource allocation
Responsible for revenue forecasting on short term and medium term horizons for assessment of performance. Basis this data shall also provide estimations on resource requirements and identify means to optimal utilization of the same.
Shall be responsible for providing the revenue/ P&L estimates for quarterly reviews
Shall carry the overall responsibility of Pricing (to start with) and commercial negotiation for new business and re pricing for the existing business for the BU’s assigned.
