Regional Accounts Executive

  Job Description :
  Handling Sales Accounting at Regional Level which includes releasing of parties’ claims through Credit & Debit Notes, Distributor Audits, Settlements etc. Rigorous follow-up for o/s with Parties / Field Staffs.

Ø Handling commercial / admin. Matters of Regional employees which includes sending salary advice to H.O., maintaining L.T.A. / Medical balances, Leave, Loan record & Mediclaim of the employees.

Ø Stock Audit of Depots once in a month.

Ø Liasioning with C & FAs regarding smooth functioning of Company’s commercial matters. To guide & ensure that whether C & FA is adhering to Company’s prescribed policies or not. Maintaining & Scrutinising account of C & FAs.

Ø Maintaining Cash & Bank Books of Regional Office. Reconciliation of Cash & Bank Statements.

Ø Maintaining Travel Accounts of field force employees.

Ø Preparation of monthend closing provisions of SCHEMES/RO/FF & C & FA

Ø MIS & Budgeting of FOH & Marketing Variable Cost of Regional Office.

Ø Preparation & Deposition of monthly TDS.
