Strong Java/J2EE Knowledge is a must
Experience in design and implementation of web-based applications, using OOAD methodology and tools like Rational XDE/Rational Rose
Knowledge of JSP, SERVLETS, EJBs, XML, JavaScript, UML
Knowledge of Struts Framework
Hands-on Experience on JBOSS/Websphere/Weblogic Application Server
Performance Tuning of Web applications
Refactoring and Re-engineering of large systems
Familiarity with JUnit and JProbe
Familiarity with Spring and Hibernate is a plus
Experience and knowledge of best practices and design patterns in Java/J2EE, Object Oriented paradigm |
