Technical : Knowledge of testing concepts, Testing techniques and methodologies, Awareness of any functional testing tool
Functional: Good communication and presentation skills, Ability to handle 20-25 participants for training
Reporting Structure (whom the position reports to)/ Team Size (if applicable please mention number of reportees): Competency lead and in turn resource manager
Responsibilities (Please provide detailed description)
Plan trainings for V&V
Conduct trainings for test engineer and test lead levels
Evaluate performance of participants
Prepare training materials for new courses
