1. Should do Maintenance - do all routine maintenance activities for availability; check the daily activities performed by the L1 team Attend to all calls assigned to the satisfaction of the users Data synchroni zation / administration / upload Web sever administration / configuration
2. Should Apply updates and configuration as necessary Prepare scripts for data analysis Analyze and classify bugs / errors Change management - coordinate requests for change and track the request to completion Educate users about the application process flow as necessary.
3. Should be able to analyze and suggest remedy for the frequent problems Prepare and generate customized reports as and when required by the customer
4. Assist the development team as necessary Part of L2 Application Support team & Rollout. |
