-BE/Btech/MCA with a consistently good academic record
-4+ to 8 years experience in the IT industry
-Knowledge of full life cycle applications development process, tools & methodologies
-Good understanding of quality management concepts and principles - CMM, CMMI / ISO / Six Sigma
-Must have good written and oral communication skills
-Ability to work with remote teams
-Willing to travel overseas for projects reviews at short notice
- should have conducted Quality Audits on Projects
