The Person
The candidate should be an MBA, preferably from a premier institute with about 10 to 12 years of experience in the regional marketing / brand management function in an FMCG company. He/she should have adequate exposure in designing & implementing a variety of brand promotion activities which includes merchandising, events, spot promotions etc.
The Job
The incumbent will be responsible for all brand related activities at the regional level. In particular, he would be responsible for designing and implementing image building activities to enhance brand image and consumer promotions to ensure brand visibility, awareness and recall. Generating trials of our brands will be the focus of his activities. He would also be responsible for developing vendors for POP material and gift articles. He will work in close co-ordination with the HO brand teams and the regional sales teams, to ensure enhancement of brand equity and that sales targets in Premium on premise outlets are achieved.
