The Marketing person / Recruiter is responsible for all steps associated with the identification, placement and management of contingent employees/contractors.
1. Proactively manage the intake/hiring process in a timely and efficient manner. This includes developing recruitment strategies,prescreening candidates, understanding client needs, utilizing effective advertisements, managing the applicant flow, resume mining, proper resume analysis/matching, and interviewing candidates.
2. Provide World Class Services to clients, contract employees by earning their respect, acting with the greatest amount of professionalism and expressing the highest sense of urgency.
Essential Functions:
As a recruiter you are responsible for placing qualified candidates at our client sites and/or providing the candidates to other consulting firms. This entails the following:
Identification Process:
Maintain/Utilize internal database to identify potential candidates and other consulting firms.
Place job requirements on the Internet and in the company website to increase available candidate pool.
Search internet job sites for potential candidates and /or other potential consulting firms.
Develop creative recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals interested in contract, contract to hire.
Hiring Process:
Responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions
Conduct interviews, reference checks and background investigations
Present job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiate contract terms.
Management Process:
Prepare resumes for presentation to clients.
Coach candidates through the client interview process.
Build relationships with contract employees through different activities including conference calls and emails.
Enter new clients/consulting firms/candidates information in database. |

Bachelor’s degree, Business Administration or related field.
1+ year’s professional/internship experience in sales, recruiting, marketing or customer
service environment.
Proven new account development skills.

Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
