| |
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:
Research and identify new prospects · Understand and qualify client requirements
Achieve daily prospecting expectations to uncover new offshore opportunities
Make presentations to clients as necessary
Utilize a consultative sales approach to close opportunities as necessary
Provide accurate tracking information on sales activity to Managing Director
To open Branch office as needed in South East Asian location - Preferably Singapore
Identify New Markets
Establish new strategies for market penetration.
Create Visibility
Develop and Lead a strong sales team of telemarketers and sales representatives
Achieve Pre- determined Targets and Quotas
Required Experience:
· 7+ years experience in selling $1M+ USD offshore projects without a software or hardware product associated
· A successful track record in the software services industry
· Experience selling IT services without a hardware or software product associated
· Experience in business development or sales calling on high level decision makers, Information Systems departments, such as: CEOs, CIOs, IT managers, etc.
· Proven client sourcing abilities and closing abilities
Required Attributes:
· Self motivated, driven, and energetic with an exceptional work ethics
· The ability to think and work independently
· The ability to project confidence and enthusiasm over the phone and in presentations
· The ability to problem solve and think creatively
· Sales savvy: the ability to interpret selling situations and build relationships through a consultative approach
