| |
Position: Senior QA Engineer
? 4 to 5 years of QA experience
? Should have been a lead in at least 2 to 3 projects (if short duration) or 1 project of long duration
? Should have prepared a QA Test Plan
? Should have knowledge of Metrics (Effort Variation, Schedule Variation, Defect Leakage)
? Should have experience in some Estimation methods (Test Case Point [TCP], Use Case Point [UCP] or any other method of Effort Estimation)
? Should not only talk about delegating work, but should also be performing a percentage of the project work
? Should have been responsible for preparing Status reports (Daily / Weekly)
? Onsite experience is a plus but not a must
? Should have had direct interaction with the client (through emails / telecons)
? Knowledge and experience in Configuration Management (using Visual Source Safe / StarTeam etc)
? Should have handled Project Quality Audits
? Should have performed reviews of project documents / test cases etc
