- Minimum 1+ years US recruiting experience with a proven track-record and supporting references.
- Should posses 'can do' attitude with excellent communication skills
- Should be a good team player
- Should have ability to handle a variety of tasks
- Well versed with all job portals.

- Experience recruiting US Citizens
- Understanding of various technologies & ability to understand client requirements.
- Ability to plan & hire candidates for various requirements.
- Technical knowledge of IT Systems / System Development Life Cycle and related technologies (web, client/server & mainframe)
- US - IT Staffing process for hiring consultants in different tax terms like Corp to Corp, 1099 and W2 basis
- Ability to negotiate salaries based on client bill rate and within the companies margin guidelines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Sourcing and screening candidates
- Achieving monthly targets of Closures
- Innovative in sourcing candidates.
- Excellent Customer Service orientation
- Results driven.
- Excellent verbal & written Communication Skills.
- Ability to project confidence and enthusiasm over the phone.
