We currently are recruiting for candidates with excellent Project Management Skills for a US based client for their Pune location. Find below the Roles & Responsibilities.
1) Monitoring projects and relationship based on financial parameters
2) Track metrics and generate weekly/monthly/quarterly dashboard
3) Proactively manage risks and issues
4) Publish SLAs on monthly basis
5) Identify, implement and publish best practices and processes
6) Improve usage and awareness on Microsoft EPM tool (Project Web Access)
7) Define, improve and monitor project management issues
8) Categorize client projects and requests (SMR and Priority)
9) Resource management / time entries / utilization
10) Tracking of the Projects based on Budgets defined, tracking Realization earned on a monthly basis.
11) Cost/benefit and Profit/Loss data generation
12) Request for Proposal RFP / Work Order / Change Request reviews
13) Thorough familiarity with Fixed Price/T&M and other pricing model
14) Assistance to PM/SPM in deciding right methodology Waterfall/Spiral/Agile etc
