| |
1. Financial Planning
'Develop an annual Financial Plans for the Business Segments in conjunction with the Global Segment Head
'Work with Client Services Manager to translate Annual Financial Plan to Account Plans for each Client.
'Develop Flash Report, measuring Business Performance vs Plan on a Monthly & Quarterly basis along with commentary.
2. Analysis
'Flash Report to measuring Business Performance Vs Plan on a Monthly & Quarterly basis along with commentary for discussion with BU Controller & Segment Head
'Understand the drivers of Profitability at an Client Level, Engagement Level and suggest recommendation to Improve the same.
3. Commercial
'Understand the contractual terms for each account and maintain/ update a check of critical transactions that would/ are likely to have financial Impact. eg: Discounts, Infrastructure charge etc.,
'Provide support in developing financial model for new deals in deal finalization and development of commercial terms.
4. Benchmarking
'Compare Key competitor on financial and Operational metrics and report on the same on a quarterly basis, develop a list of key recommendation for discussion with BU Leadership Team.
5. Revenue Recognition Nuances
'Understand the nuances of revenue recognition of each account and its impact on revenue in forth coming quarters
'Understand account level transactions so as to be able to explain the key drivers of change in the Weekly Revenue Forecast. The Risk and opportunities in each account and impact on future quarters. |
