v Understanding the customer requirements (Disney) and planning content accordingly.
v Planning the list of stories.
v Selecting and editing the content for all issues.
v Collectively deciding the cover-to-cover layout of the magazine.
v Assigning stories to writers.
v Guiding the team on stories (structuring).
v Ensuring that deadlines are maintained.
v Ensuring quality in content (as per customer expectations, templates, conventions)
v Team building, motivation, growth, and welfare.
v Writing Articles.
A responsible and mature person with good leadership and team building skills
Desired Profile
PG Diploma/ Degree from a reputed institute of journalism.
Should have flair for writing and good acumen for identifying crisp and authentic news and stories.
Should be one who has good analytical skills.
Good Team Player.
