Role: Sr (Functional) BA - SS/ICFAI/Functional (from industry)
Profile
· 3-5 years of experience in Insurance Company – Sales and Underwriting
· Excellent knowledge of Life, Annuities domains in New Business, Policy Admin or General Insurance (P&C or Health) in policy admin and claims
Responsibilities
· Define and validate Business Processes and Rules
· Define and validate Business Rules for Products and Functionality
· Define Process Models
· Lead team of Jr BAs
Role: Jr BA (SSE/ICFAI entry equivalent)
· Experience in Life Insurance or Health insurance preferred
· Good understanding of requirements modeling, process modeling
· Experience in UML, Process Modeling Tools desired but not mandatory
Responsibilities
· Understanding of Business Processes and Rules
· Develop Use Cases, Process Models
· Develop UI, navigable prototypes, Proof of Concept |
