Will be responsible for Ajile Code set up, will work with a Technical PM and drive the project
-Any previous experience with Annuities will be great
-Transcend is the tool they are using at Genworth so any previous experience with that will be great
-Agile Project Management, Ajile experience is a must
Act as Project Leader to improve the Annuities Financial Advisor (FA) Web User experience. Goal is to offer web functionality that is:
o Intuitive and easy to use
o User-prioritized in functionality development
o Supported by customized and compelling content
o Iteratively offered to the User with speed
Work closely with R&P Marketing and Business Segment Sales teams to accurately understand FA User
. Serve as the conduit between the User, and key stakeholders (R&P Marketing, Business Segment Sales, and Web Development teams).
. Embrace, learn and exploit Agile Project Management. Use collaborative tools to drive project results and communicate to key stakeholders.
