Principle Duties & Accountabilities:
To design content specific to Infomedia’s sales needs.
To conduct Coaching for performance enhancement
Program Preparation.
Case Studies.
To provide desired input to enhance sales productivity
To Ensure pan India delivery.
To Ensure competency gaps are identified and fulfilled
Regular Updation of methodology and processes.
Track and measure training effectiveness.
Identify and utilize services of appropriate vendors.
Knowledge/Skills/Attributes (KSA’s):
Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
Sales experience is a must.
Should have good leadership qualities.
Excellent people orientation and people management skills.
Should be confident and a self motivator
Job involves traveling to various locations as and when required.
Experience:
About 7 – 10 years of experience in Sales and Sales Training from a reputed organization in the FMCG/ Telecom/ ITES/ Retail sector. Should have worked in organizations known best for its Training practices.
Formal Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline or MBA
Should be certified by any of the Professional Training Bodies. |
