Profile
' 3-5 years of experience in Insurance Company '' Sales and Underwriting
' Excellent knowledge of Life, Annuities domains in New Business, Policy Admin or General Insurance (P&C or Health) in policy admin and claims
Responsibilities
' Define and validate Business Processes and Rules
' Define and validate Business Rules for Products and Functionality
' Define Process Models
' Lead team of Jr BAs
Role: Jr BA (SSE/ICFAI entry equivalent)
' Experience in Life Insurance or Health insurance preferred
' Good understanding of requirements modeling, process modeling
' Experience in UML, Process Modeling Tools desired but not mandatory
Responsibilities
' Understanding of Business Processes and Rules
' Develop Use Cases, Process Models
' Develop UI, navigable prototypes, Proof of Concept |
