The candidate he\she should have minimum 2 years of experience of handling banks & financial institutions. The candidate should have experience of selling software in banks. The KRA will be Relationship building with the prospects, & knowing our products, services, solutions at a Macro Level. Whenever he\ she will smell opportunity, he\she have to position that solution accordingly, i.e. he\she will introduce our Product team, who will talk about the product. The face of the company will be the Relationship Manager, responsible to close the deal & getting payment. After that keeping good relation, & do up selling & cross selling.
