Designation: Business Analyst (BA) with Domain Experience of Banking (Corporate / Retail)
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Candidate should be a good communicator, capable of explaining technical issues to non-technical audiences.
• Candidate should possess a dynamic and self-motivating personality and convey a high level of professional experience.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
TECHNICAL SKILLS: Must have working experience in Banking/ Retail Banking / Corporate Banking Domains**
Preparation of Response to RFPs, Proposals, concept papers, etc
Marketing Strategy, new technology/ market opportunity identification, Preparation of approach note and Marketing Collateral
Lead generation through marketing campaigns and other marketing tools
Prospective client research, first pitch presentations
Opportunities for up-selling and cross selling through account planning, newsletters etc.
Identifying partnership opportunities and managing partnerships
Business Skills
• Very sound communication skills with excellent written and spoken English
• Very sound ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions
• Very sound team building and people skills
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to resolve conflicts
• Very sound mentoring skills
• Adapt and adhere to company standards and culture
• Sound skills in working with multi cultural teams
Experience: 4 – 10 yrs
Job Location: Hyderabad ( Willing to Travel Onsite for Short-term / Long Term )*
