We are currently looking for technical manager with following skills and experience
Skills & Experience:
Java J2EE with Spring/Hibernate skills
Should be from a dev background and have extensive experience in Project Management.
Detailed knowledge of software development life cycle and Good Experience with Agile development Methodology
Client facing skills are essential to this role as well as strong Java Dev experience.
Experience of managing medium sized technical teams (15-20 people) to deliver on time, budget and quality.
Ability to be hands-on in the development of Internet systems.
A development background with technical skills in UML, Java, database design, SQL, XML.
