Role: J2EE Project Manager
The expected project is to develop fresh products for the customer on J2EE - Struts(non-EJB)/Oracle platform
Essential skills:
1) Excellent development experience in J2EE/Struts-framework, Oracle and integrating applications with external systems using XML, Crystal reports
2) Excellent Project Mgmt skills (Setup, planning, monitoring & control, customer expectation mgmt, periodic reporting, team mgmt). Complete command over RUP based dev methodologies.
3) Using tools like XDE, ClearCase, Tool to review and inculcate coding/design best practices.
4) Excellent communication skills. Stretch mindset.
Secondary skills:
1) Some background in PHP/MySQL, some background in content mgmt software will help
2) GUI design
Experience: 8yrs to 13yrs
