Key Acct. Management skills involving in depth understanding of telecom operator’s Business Processes and commencing with activities for rigorous sales in this field.
Ability to study different business processes and identify opportunity where company can provide assistance to different Telecom Operators.
Quick learner
Should be able to break into new accounts and manage relationships.
Building and maintaining healthy business relations with clients, for repeat business
Effective communicator with good Interpersonal & Team Management Skills
Responsible for meeting defined Sales & Profitability targets
Responsibility to serve as a consultant to clients by understanding critical business processes, evaluating options, proposing options and implementing enterprise wide solutions in this area.
Ideally, Should be from a BPO organization having sold solutions to Telecom Service Providers or from the Customer Service Department of a telecom co. having a flair to sell |
