Should have very good understanding of large and complex IP network setup as well as protocols. He should be able to assimilate this knowledge to draw conclusions from network traces regarding failure points in the network and suggest corrections to end customers. He should also be sufficiently informed about protocol variations in different versions, such as IPv4 and IPv6 and suggest changes in how the EMC product handles it. The EMC product is called Celerra, and is EMC’s solution for a Clustered Network Server.
