| |
Technical Assessment
•Analyze Technical as well as Functional Requirements - Existing Infrastructure (if any), Gap Analysis, Identify Technical Risks/Challenges
§Technical Architecture & Sub-System Interface
•Evaluate & Finalize Technical Stack - Based on the assessment findings, the person should be able to select and justify suitable product components from Oracle BI tool stack.
•Security Requirements - Well conversant with Security Framework of Presentation Services (Siebel), Hyperion Shared Services, Hyperion Essbase Native Security and/or Security administration for the ETL tool (OWB or ODI).
•Conduct/Arrange Benchmark/POC
•Coordinate with Customer Architecture team & align proposed solution with Enterprise Architecture
•Define the Interfaces with Other Applications
•Work closely with Designers & Data Modelers for design adequacy, integration test planning
§Deployment & Run Time Environment
• Scalability, Performance and Capacity Planning
Secondary Responsibilities
§Define Common Warehouse Models
§Participation in key seminars / symposiums & building relationship with key personalities in technical sphere
§Responsible for keeping abreast of changes in the specific technology sphere & demonstrate as branding practitioner in more than one BI technologies |
