We have a job opportunity for the position of Database Architect to be based at Pune / Mumbai.
About the profile :
Must have handled large databases in development, rollout/parallel runs and production environments (With Oracle 10g preferable. If has DB2 experience will be considered an added advantage).
Should have planned/managed vertical, horizontal partitioning with terabyte size databases - OS agnostic should have worked on Unix/Solaris, Linux, Windows environments.
Must have exp in Database performance optimization and fine tuning - Basic skills: DDL, DML, PL/SQL, Scripting, Data Modeling tools, import/export, query optimizations, etc.
