? 8+ years of relevant industry experience
? Hold a relevant bachelor degree, an equivalent qualification or
demonstrated ability to perform
? Very sound knowledge of the company product development lifecycle GIP and
the process tools
? Has an appreciation for development languages
? Very sound industry trends awareness
? Sound project management skills
? Very sound technical skills
? Very sound ability to take on multiple assignments
? Very sound problem solving skills
? Sound people management skills, ability to resolve conflicts
? Knowledge/experience in best practices for software development (RUP, XP
and DIV)
? Good overview knowledge of web application architecture and web
technology
? Strong knowledge of PM best practices and business processes
? Excellent Time Management and Organization Skills |
