Test Process Consultant
v Study assess and Implement new/improved Testing processes for an IT department in a Telco
v Should be able to capture implicit and explicit customer requirements
v Should be able to map these requirements to QA Processes
v Should be able to create QA Processes
v Must have working knowledge of QA KPI and how to measure
v At-least 3-4 years of experience in Telecoms QA
