Description : |
| |
· Have overall responsibility for the IT team in Hyderabad.
· Ensure compliance with Network and Systems policies and procedures.
· Ensure quality support at the transactional and relationship level to the BUs and support functions.
· Provide technical leadership in the management, administration and maintenance of the organizations servers, workstations, and telecommunications systems and oversee end-user support.
· Manage the IT infrastructure and plan for its high availability, continued growth and expansion based upon utilization and requirements.
· Oversee the functioning of the network team in accordance with guidelines provided by the Global network team and ensure continuous monitoring of the network.
· Oversee the functioning of the system administration team in accordance with guidelines provided by the Global systems team
· Ensure routine requirements such as system back-ups and attending to issues raised by centralized monitoring systems are undertaken in an expeditious manner.
· Collaborate with network administrators and global infrastructure teams to identify areas of weakness in the organization's network architecture and take remedial action.
· Oversee IT helpdesk and the process for troubleshooting problems relating to hardware, software and PC computer systems. |
