Should be the point of contact for NOC escalation and chronic issues.
- Should be very proficient in IPT and IPTT concepts.
- Should be very proficient in CCM, Unity, IPCC, Gateway, Gatekeeper and QOS.
- Should be a leader and matured to handle NOC issues and implement solutions.
- CCNA is mandatory but it is good to have CCVP/ACP
