Ø More than 5 years of IT experience.
Ø Should have sound knowledge of Windows environment.
Ø Hand on experience on windows NT and 2000 server(DHCP, DNS, Domain, Replication, WINS, TCP/IP)
Ø Knowledge/awareness of ITIL is must (foundation certification will be an advantage)
Ø Should have taken part at least in one transition (Infrastructure Management)
Ø Should have good communication skills
