Responsibilities:
- Business process modeling across Telecom billing, fulfillment and assurance in wireless, wire-line, broadband, cable, MVNO, etc
- Communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements
- Identify the suitable approach, method and techniques to model different engagement types such as COTS product implementation, ADM, business process improvement, new development, etc
- Provide presales support to sales and marketing teams, build collaterals and case studies, and bridge gap between customer and delivery teams.
- Effectively interact with customer and collaborate with multiple teams to develop solutions to address the people, process, and technology needs
- Understand business/technical challenges and translate them into strategic and workable solutions
- Facilitating engagements in kick-off of projects |
