Experience and Skills
- Expertise in Telecom OSS/BSS, preferably with operator's side experience
- Product knowledge and implementation experience on MetaSolv, Comptel, Comverse, AMDOCS, LHS, Intec, Siebel, SAP, Chordiant, TIBCO, WBI etc.
- Familiarity with TMF's eTOM, NGOSS, SID standards and SOA
- Knowledge of Java/ J2EE architectures, OOAD, UML
- Good communication and presentation skills, with extensive consulting/ client-facing exposure
Responsibilities:
- Lead and/or participate in all aspects of the proposing, designing and implementing Telecom OSS/BSS solutions and related components
- Provide end-to-end solution architecture, integration approach, implementation plan, operating model and other support presales
- Act as subject matter expert for CME opportunities and drive the solution strategy, approach and key considerations
- Participate in RFP/RFI process, involve in customer discussions and business/technical consulting, provide solutions and estimate effort
