Technical Specialists -
- Strong knowledge of J2EE Framework and should have hands-on on application development (Web and Windows)
- Should have good understanding of OOPS Concepts , UML and Design Patterns like Factory, Observer, MVC etc
- Should have worked on SQL Server 2000 /2005, IIS and Windows Server
- Should lead the team to implement the architecture defined by the Technical Architect
- Should able assimilate, collect and create the customer needs and requirements
Technical Architects -
- Should have good understanding of various platforms / technologies with fair depth in a sphere of technologies. In our case it should be J2EE Technologies
- Should be able to grasp with speed on new technologies and applies technical knowledge to guide current projects or conceptualize the new architecture.
- Should have good understanding of the available server technologies on web technologies platform
- Should able to conceptualize and articulate the details to the team and lead the team to implement the architecture.
- Should be strong on Architecture Definition, Design Patterns, UML and OOPS concepts.
- Should able assimilate, collect and create the customer needs and requirements
