The details of the requirements are as follows:
1. Usability Architect : Usability Analyst with 6yrs of experience, HCI trained, UMM, User research, Morae, Communication design, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver. Supports usability lead in completing all usability analysis and design activities. Evaluate designs against requiremets. Allocation of function and a definition of a overall experience of use of the system.
2. Usability Specialist : Usability Specialist of 3 yrs of experience, Liason between Designers and Developers. Introduce and operate the system. Ensure UCD content sysytems strategy. Plan and manage the UCD process. Specify stakeholder and organizational requirements. Understand and specify the context of use. Produce Design Solutions. Evaluate designs against requirements.
3. Interaction Designer : Interaction Designer with HCI flair, 3 yrs of experience, NID/MCA/IIT preferred. Very good at Photoshop, Illustrator. Dreamweaver CSS and DHTML. Creating mockups as directed by an Architect. Provides creative direction. Creates prototype using HTML, Javascript and CSS. Knowledge of Ajax is add on....
