Description : |
|
6-10 years of industry experience
5+ years in performance testing. Expertise in one or more of following tools:
HP Mercury Performance Center
Borland Segue Silk Performer
IBM Rational Performance Tester
Performance benchmarking, measurement, analysis, bottleneck identification and tuning skills
Familiar with Operating systems, RDBMS, technical architectures, deployment configurations - hardware, middleware and networks
Pre-sales support - RFI/RFP response, presentation
Leadership and mentoring skills
DESIRABLE
Exposure to Open Source tools
US/UK onsite consulting experience
Education: BE (CS) or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of performance testing engineers
Continuously research tool market
Creating solutions in the Performance Testing areas
Consulting to projects and accounts for new / existing business growth,
Lead Tool evaluation and Proof-of-Concept projects
Performance analysis and Tuning Recommendations
Consult performance testing projects and evolve project-specific solutions
Participate in Pre-sales activities – RFP/RFI response, customer presentations
Capability development
Contribute to knowledge management thru technical white papers
