Job Description
MANDATORY
4-8 years of industry experience
4+ years of hands-on development/testing experience in Java/J2EE technologies
Familiar with Operating systems, IDEs, OOAD concepts, design patterns, RDBMS, technical architectures, deployment configurations
Experience in commercial and open source testing tools for unit, integration and system testing
Pre-sales support - RFI/RFP response, presentation
Leadership, mentoring and communication skills
DESIRABLE
Product/SOA testing
Performance Tuning Skills
Exposure to pre-sales support
US/UK onsite exposure
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and mentor a team of developer test engineers
Continuously research commercial tool market and open source tools
Creating solutions in the developer testing space
Lead Tool evaluation and Proof-of-Concept projects
Performance bottle neck identification and tuning support to projects
Participate in Pre-sales activities – RFP/RFI response, customer presentations
Contribute to knowledge management thru technical white papers
