| |
Developing competence in learning methodology and application in order to create courses that facilitate effective knowledge transfer and retention, including understanding different learning styles and problem solving strategies
Utilising the prior knowledge of the learners to develop courseware that will meet their learning needs
To liase with SME's to facilitate knowledge transfer and quality assurance of Script and course content
To liase with the client to ensure Script and course content achieve their stated objective
Creating an instructional design standards document for each client/ project
To liase with client IDs and Designers to brainstorm the effective transfer of the learning objectives to a web based format
Developing WBT or CBT or ILT
Storyboarding
Developing course designs
Studying the target audience profile and creating curriculum analysis and design documents.
Identifying design and development strategies at the course level.
Interacting with clients for developing courses.
Writing the course script, collaborating with graphic artists to visualize graphics, and constructing the course.
Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to create courses.
Performing instructional design and edit reviews for content.
Testing courses for language, ID, and functionality issues.
Managing, monitoring, and mentoring team members.
Conducting project related trainings.
Providing inputs on creating proposals |
