| |
3+ years development experience with one or more industry tools that provide automation testing (e.g., QuickTest Professional, Silkest).
4+ years development or testing experience with web-based client/server applications and/or high volume, transactional processing applications.
Development or testing experience with web technologies (VB.Net or C#, ASP.net, ASP, XML/XSL, HTML, JavaScript) and web-development best practices.
Experience with command line interface and scripting languages, particularly Perl.
Experience with database design & coding; SQL and enterprise relational DBMS packages, preferably Microsoft SQL Server 2005.
Testing experience with multiple browser applications (e.g., Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari).
Understanding and use of project management tools, including the MS Office suite, Visio, MS Project and Visual SourceSafe.
Strong knowledge of QA practices and policies.
Ability to work with rapid timelines and evolving requirements
Solid, demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and technical decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively convey complex issues in oral and written form.
Strong organizational and time management skills; must be efficient in performing multiple concurrent tasks.
