Key Responsibilities:
To engage the Patni leadership members in conversations around embedding a learning culture in the organization
To help the K-Champions and Location Evangelists with their activities in the BUs, to define interventions (of the extended KM team) at the BU and sub-BU levels
To plan the CM activities for each quarter, to detail the activities and to take the responsibility of executing them. Some of the important and continuing activities are:
Identifying, enshrining and engaging mavens
Identifying and engaging communities of practise
Transferring knowledge of KM tools and modules across the organization
Creating campaigns to reach-out to the organization (multimedia, print and web campaigns)
To liaise with CCD and vendors for making posters and other brand artefacts
