| |
As a subject matter expert (SME), the Team Lead is responsible for
documenting and understanding the current environment for each design
request. The Team Lead also interfaces with the Midrange Standards and
Infrastructure Engineering team to understand current technology trends and
to review technology standards. These standards form the basis of all design
offerings that are presented to the Line of Business as part of the overall
design deliverable.
Specific responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Maintaining a consistent focus throughout the design project on the
customer and business goals of the project.
Translating Business Requirements to Technical Requirements
Matching Technical Requirements to standard product offerings
Determining potential hosting environments
Create and maintain the Technical Requirements Document (TRD)
Create and maintain the Infrastructure Design Document (IDD)
Create and maintain any hardware / project estimations (CWB)
Maintaining all documentation in the common document repository
Interfacing with Engineering teams as required for the project (Internal
Design Reviews)
Interfacing with the TPM and Business Partner as required for the project
(External Design Reviews)
Maintaining the current status of each design request and providing a
weekly update to the management team
Completing all design requests via the RPM Workflow process on time
Team Responsibilities includes, but not limited to:
Accurately track and submit time spent on each work effort
Following through on process improvement opportunities, using the past to
learn for the future
