MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Note: candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered.
The candidate should have demonstrated broad technical knowledge of system architectures and strong understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle and methodologies. The candidate must have at least 4 years experience with information management technologies such as data warehousing, data federation, business intelligence, and application portals. Strong knowledge of SOA design patterns and web architectures is required. Candidate must have experience with the following: Data Services (i.e. MetaMatrix, BEA Data Service, etc.), Oracle 9.x or higher, with IBM Websphere message broker and MQ Series, J2EE, Web Services, Integration, Security, Rules Engines (Blaze, or other), design and knowledge of SOA, industry standards required for the position. The candidate will have strong communication skills both verbal and written. A proven background in the implementation and integration of large scale and complex systems is a must. Use of UML and ERD modeling tools is a plus as well as knowledge of Java.
