Strong Server Side Core Java, Middleware Messaging (Tibco preferred but other messaging skills also acceptable), Strong RDBMS (they use Oracle TimesTen-Oracle just acquired TimesTen)- so this exp is a big plus but not required, Front office trading applications exp- ideally Fixed Income trading
-They are looking for someone who is self directed and can be a individual contributor with little supervision
