| |
Collaborate proactively with functional users to identify business needs and requirements.
* Assist in developing roadmaps and plans for implementing complete range of BI capabilities: reporting, analysis, score carding and dashboards in response to Pharmacovigilance requirements
* Analyze business and user needs to build Business Intelligence solutions using Oracle and Cognos 8.x including definition of requirements, designs, source code development, testing, maintenance, and migration.
* Responsible for tuning and optimization of the reporting solutions, including identifying and mitigating risks in proposed solutions.
* Contribute to the development for standards and practices, especially those relating to reporting
* Provide mentoring, training and best practices for ad-hoc query and other report developers.
* Other duties as assigned.
