Responsibilities include providing Field Application Support to customers on Set Top Box related products. The FAE supports
the customers and potential customers at three distinct phases.Pre Design Win phase Understanding the potential customers' requirements
& recommending apt solutions based on existing product offerings to
customers.Resolving queries on product offerings, providing all
support to materialize design win for the Company. Design Support
Phase- Understanding the Customers product design issues and ensuring
resolution by coordinating with various internal units. Recommending alternate options to the Customer.Reviewing schematics, PCB layouts etc. and provides technical support to ensure minimal respins. Product
Support Provides active support to existing customers and products,
Performing schematic reviews, PCB reviews, Component selection review
(BOM review)and seeking technical opinion from USA to ensure
availability of offerings or to provide alternate solutions as
required. Profile:Qualifications: - BE/B Tech in Electronics/
